NORVAL MORRISSEAU'S CHILDREN AND THE FRAUD

Letter signed by members of the Morrisseau Family Foundation, on the letterhead of the

KEEWAYWIN FIRST NATION band office where LISA MORRISSEAU (now a Director and shareholder of Norval Morrisseau Estate Limited - the 'estate") was employed.

The letter supports Joseph McLeod, the dealer who sold Kevin Hearn his Norval Morrisseau forgery, and states:

"We do not believe there is a fraud ring."

Additionally, they assert authenticity over McLeod catalogs of Morrisseau works including works which Norval Morrisseau, their father, had himself declared to be fakes and imitations in Sworn Declarations.

Note:

1) Joseph McLeod, under oath, when questioned in Court previously, stated he had only spent a few hours with Norval Morrisseau over the entirety of his life (assuming that’s even true). Not the decades inferred in this document.

2) Additionally, staff at Seneca College have indicated there were no records of Norval Morrisseau having a residency at the college in the 1980s.
